    Description

    Offered is a small custom made dagger or Jambiya from Iraq. This knife was made for and presented to an American Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army and is inscribed "IRAQ 1943 PRESENTED BY FADHIL TO LT. COL. CORNELL", the letters "CC" are also engraved on the reverse side of the scabbard. The handle is made of dark carved buffalo horn and the scabbard is made of leather wrapped wood and capped in silver fittings, overall condition of this piece is excellent. The blade measures 4 1/8 inches and overall length is 9 inches.
