    Description

    Photo fairly represents this items appearance & condition.   Not dated but card states the S.S. Leviathan was rebuilt in 1923 and also that the ship was owned by the United States Shipping Board.  The US Shipping Board sold the ship in 1929.   Therefore the trade card dates sometime between 1923-1929.
    the card also says Maxwell House Coffee was first produced in limited quantities over a quarter a century ago.  Maxwell House started in 1892 so this further supports that this card is nearly 100 years old.
